Through evidence-based coaching, education, community, and accountability, we utilize our proprietary TRM Momentum™ model and framework to guide our clients along the Seven Trails to Holistic Longevity:

  • Soul— mind, psychology of optimism, resilience, inner clarity, alignment with values, equanimity.
  • Body — exercise science of strength, movement, mobility, balance, bone density, functional independence.
  • Vitality — neuroplasticity, cognitive engagement, attention, memory, executive function.
